The first dress appeared in Valentino's 2009 Fall Collection. The dress is made from feathers. Obviously, in real life wearing that many feathers would most likely be uncomfortable, and probably fall apart after any length of time. So Express designed a solution, that takes the fun, flowing effect of the feathers and makes it more wearable, and cheaper of course!!
