This project is turning out to be a lot harder than I originally thought.
It's a big, clear, plastic blow up thing. And ours looks like a jack, for crying out loud. Not exactly up there with a fine marble sculpture or one of those awesome Koons balloon animals.
But there is still so much math and figuring and experimentation going into it. Looks can be deceiving. Don't judge a book by it's polythethylene cover. If nothing else, this project gives me a new appreciation for art that may look very simple, but in fact probably is not.

Yeah, I think it's going to be a lot harder than expected. I had trouble trying to build the paper model! There's a lot of measurements to take and other aspects to account for. My groups object is really simple, but making it is going to be really complicated. It'll be interesting to see how they all come out.
