For this project I took a Hot Wheel car and added a piece of plastic to the top. The plastic piece is supposed to be a solar panel. When I re-packaged the car, I added the sun shape on the top left by the word Hot Wheels that says "solar panel".

The reason behind this piece was to promote energy efficiency. Hot Wheels are looked at to be the perfect model cars, and I think there should be one with a solar panel because that would be the perfect car. If kids grow up thinking cars run on solar panels, or if it fell into the hands of the right child, and it became their favorite toy, they may want to make it a reality someday.
